So many people take it for granted or wait until it’s too late to do something about it. Yes, I’m talking about our health. Part of living a fit life is taking care of yourself in ALL aspects of your life in order to create a whole person. My journey starts now, won’t you join me?

Stop talking yourself out of a healthy life
How many excuses do we make to avoid making healthy choices in our life? I’m young I don’t need to worry about it yet. I’m too old to repair the damage I’ve done to my health. I’ll get to it later. And the biggest excuse I hear people say is I just don’t have the time. I’ve been there, but I am now making a deliberate choice to put myself first and take care of myself: Mind, body and my $$$. But first let’s talk about health.
My goal is to start watching what I put into my body and focus on using healthy products and ingredients that are beneficial to my health and well being. I want to feel great from the inside out. I’ve made many excuses over the years and have also made poor health decisions when I was younger such as lack of sleep, smoking, not exercising, eating whatever I want.
Fast forward to today, I’ve cut out bad habits, watch what I eat, get better sleep and exercise regularly. I’m working on losing some weight so stay tuned for updates on my progress in the months to come. I don’t want to wait until it’s too late to be my best self. What about you?
